“Francis Bacon and the Radicality of Free Association”

Dr Jonathan Sklar will be talking about the works of Francis Bacon and how the powerful communications located in the unconscious of his work penetrate and continue to infuse their audience. Drawing on Freud’s radical concept of “free association” Jonathan skilfully weaves a passion for art with a passion for psychoanalysis.
