A Psychoanalytic Exploration Through Social Dreaming
Experiential Work Group

4, 11 and 18 October 2025 – Free and Online

 

Argument:
In continuity with the Committee’s aim, this experiential group fosters interdisciplinary exchange by bringing together psychoanalytic, political, and cultural perspectives through shared experience to deepen understanding of the complex interplay between violence and the feminine. The group centers on lived experience and affective participation, supporting the elaboration of meaning through emergent, collective processes. To this end, it draws on the method of social dreaming to access social unconscious dynamics underlying socio-cultural experience by exploring dreams within a shared setting.

Target Group:
Open to psychoanalysts, candidates, and interdisciplinary professionals interested in psychoanalytic perspectives on group dynamics, violence, and the feminine.

Dates: 4, 11 & 18 October 2025

Time: 9:30–11:00 AM CET / 10:30–12:00 PM EET (45 min SDM + 45 min DRD)

Total Sessions: 3 (each session stands alone; attendance to all not required).
