- Liaison and management of the tasks of each Board Director
- Chairing General Assembly Meetings and cultivating links with all General Assembly Members
- Liaison and co-management of all scientific activities of the EPF Committees
- Representing the EPF with the IPA and all other organisations
Conseil d’Administration
The members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the General Assembly for a period of four years. The Board of Directors (the President, the two Vice-Presidents, the General Secretary, the Treasurer and the General Editor) has the power to perform all acts necessary or useful for the achievement of the association’s corporate purpose, with the exception of those reserved by law for the General Assembly of Member Societies.
