The Sixth Spanish Language Psychoanalysts Encounter will be held in Madrid from 28–30 January 2022. The encounter’s theme is: Creativity and Psychoanalytic Dialogue

The four keynote speakers are:

Julio Moreno (Buenos Aires, Argentina): “Creativity in the immanence of the psychoanalytic session.”

María Cristina Fulco (Montevideo, Uruguay): “Creativity and Dialogue in the Transmission of Psychoanalysis.”

Anna Maria Nicoló (Rome, Italy): “Psychoanalytic dialogue between the unconscious: creativity, prospective, articulation.”    

Ester Palerm (Barcelona, Spain): “Analyst creativity in the patient encounter.”


Teresa Olmos de Paz

Coordinator of the Commission for Spanish Language Psychoanalysts Encounters


Teresa Olmos de Paz is a psychoanalyst and full member with training functions of the Madrid Psychoanalytical Association of which she has served as president (2017–2019). She is a professor at the Institute of Psychoanalysis.

She is a member of the Forum for Adolescent Psychoanalysis of the Madrid Psychoanalytic Association. She has published in national and international journals, including the International Journal of Psychoanalysis. With Carlos A. Paz, she was awarded First Prize for the Psychoanalysis Book of the Year, 1990, for her work ADOLESCENCE AND BORDERLINE PATHOLOGY: CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RELEVANT PSYCHOANALYTIC PROCESS (Int.J.Psycho-Anal., 1992, 73,739-755)
