2026 Sigourney Award: A Global Call to Visionaries

 

Each year, The Sigourney Award Trust welcomes applications from across the globe—from individuals, organizations, teams whose work strengthens and re-imagines psychoanalysis.

The Trust encourages applications featuring bold and innovative work in psychoanalysis. Updates to the application and nomination process include:

• Shift from three letters of support to two online evaluations of the work
• Easier to nominate impactful work
• Updated website to better highlight Mary’s vision and encourage diverse applications

Whether your contribution is clinical, theoretical, creative, interdisciplinary, or social in nature — what matters most is this: Has your work strengthened the presence, understanding, or impact of psychoanalysis?
