The Slovak Psychoanalytic Society focuses on the development of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. We strive to spread awareness about mental health and offer a way of thinking about psychological difficulties.

Short History
In 2021, the foundation of a group consisting of full members of the IPA was formed. Formally, these members legally revived the Slovak Psychoanalytical Society and became its founding members. Martin Babík became the president of the society.

The Psychoanalytic Institute is established by the Slovak Psychoanalytic Society as its organisational unit.
The PI organises and conducts training in psychoanalysis according to the standards set by the IPA.
