The EPF House

Brussels, Belgium

The EPF house, the entrance with its bar and one of the conference rooms

Since late 2015 the EPF has its own house, situated on Rue Gérard in Brussels. The House is open to all members and candidates of EPF societies.

Announcement of planned events at EPF House

We intend to resume events at the EPF House from September 2021 if the number of cases of the pandemic in Europe continues to fall.

We would be very happy to return to in-person meetings at EPF House.  However, in order to ensure the highest possible level of safety, we ask that the following measures be observed:

  • we hope that participants will have the chance to be vaccinated against COVID-19.  If no vaccination has taken place, we will probably need to see a recent negative test result for Covid-19. We are still checking whether we need an antigen rapid test or a PCR test. A physical distance of 1.5 m must be maintained indoor,
  • all chairs of participating groups are responsible for compliance with sanitary regulations. They will be governed by the Belgian laws and regulations in force at the time and will be announced on site. EPF declines any responsibility if the sanitary regulations are not respected.

We very much hope to be able to hold in-person events again from September 2021. We will continuously update the website for your information.
